Gettin My Gourmet Groove On: Healthy Choco Chip Yummies

Craving cookies lately? Try these…quick and easy for those on the go (eg. I was able to churn out a coupla batches while Baby H napped!)
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 pkg dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup softened butter
1 teasp. Vanilla
1 teasp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
Combine sugar egg, butter and vanilla. Stir in dry ingrediants. Dough will be stiff. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Pop in oven at 375 for about 10 minutes. Voila….yummy.
